How do I create a receipt PDF?

You can create your free receipt PDF by typing the details into the form above. As you enter line items, you will see the totals update in realtime at the bottom of the receipt.

To upload your business logo, click the "Upload your logo" box at the top of the receipt and select your image file. We currently support JPG and PNG logo files.

You can adjust your tax & discount in Settings. We support inclusive and exclusive tax rates, as well as percentage-based and fixed-rate discounts.

Once you are happy with your receipt, you can click "Download PDF" to receive your PDF file.

How do I print my receipt?

On desktop devices, you can print your receipt by clicking the "Print" button below the Settings menu.

On mobile devices, when you click "Print" you may notice the receipt starts to download. To print, please open the PDF file and print it directly from your PDF viewer app.

Can I preview my receipt PDF?

Yes! Click the "Preview" button to view an example of your receipt as PDF file to ensure it looks correct. On mobile devices, you may have to open the PDF file to preview it.
